Booking
New Clients
A deposit is required for your first visit upon the time of booking. This deposit is credited toward your appointment. A 24 business hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments so that we will have time to hopefully fill the appointment vacancy. If you reschedule before the 24 business hours period we will transfer your deposit to the new appointment. If you cancel before the 24 business hours period we will refund your deposit in the form which it was given.
Currently we are not taking new clients weighing 40lbs or more. We are only able to take so many large dogs each day, and our large dog appointment availability is only able to support our current large dog clientele. We will update our site and social medias if this changes in the future. Thank you for understanding.
No Show & Last Minute Cancellation Policy
A 24 business hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments so that we will have time to hopefully fill the appointment vacancy. If you reschedule or cancel within the 24 business hours period or you do not show to your appointment there will be a $25 fee per pet added to your next visit.
If there are two concecutive no show appointments in a row the fees from those missed appointments and the full cost of services being booked must be paid at time of booking to schedule your pet's next visit.

I am the owner of Ultimate Pet Spa as of April 2021. I have been working in the pet grooming industry since February 2010 and have a Bachelor of Business Administration. I have been a bather, apprentice, stylist, salon manager, grooming training mentor, and now am living my dream of being a salon owner. I absoluetly love dog grooming because I love the dogs!
